Does anyone know how one would go about getting a tourist visa for Vietnam in Singapore? Do you have to deal with the embassy directly or are there any agents to do the work for you as there are in, say, Bangkok, or for that matter once youre in Vietnam yourself? Costs? Time? Thanks for any info.
